Purpose and scope
Business Health Trust (BHT) provides this plugin for Washington State businesses with 50 or fewer total employees. BHT is not an insurance broker. The plugin supports educational comparison of public small-group filed-rate estimates, review of premium figures you supply, source-backed benefit information, broker-question preparation and optional continuation into the BHT calculator and its PDF report.
Estimates and professional review
Results are estimates, not binding insurance quotes, offers of coverage, eligibility determinations or guarantees of savings. No plan is selected or purchased for you. Confirm eligibility, covered people, benefits, network access, effective dates, renewal timing and actual billed premiums with your broker and the applicable carrier before changing coverage.
Only the identified public sources, plans, regions and effective periods are supported. Complete Washington market coverage has not been verified. Missing or unsupported data is reported as unavailable. Public small-group rates do not establish BHT/IHT or other underwritten premiums.
Population counts and calculation limits
Each calculation supports 1–50 covered-person age rows, including employees and dependents aged 0–120. That capacity is separate from your business’s total employee count and does not establish eligibility. Include every covered person; do not omit dependents to fit the capacity.
PEPM means the monthly group total divided by confirmed enrolled employees. PMPM means that total divided by all covered people. The current website and PDF label every entered age row “Employee/employees,” so their employee count includes dependent rows and their displayed employee average corresponds to PMPM when dependents are present. The plugin explains the distinction; the underlying group total still includes the same people.
Age-row estimates do not apply household child-billing caps, infer family relationships or calculate employer contributions. References you supply require a confirmed common population and total-premium basis before a difference is comparable. Twelve times a monthly difference is an annualized premium difference, not promised realized savings. Earlier-start scenarios require broker confirmation of timing, eligibility, benefits and rate duration.
Your inputs and permitted use
Provide accurate, authorized, anonymous facts and review the returned inputs and assumptions. Do not send identifying employee information, raw documents, health histories, government identifiers, payment details or credentials to the BHT tools. The plugin privacy policy explains the accepted fields and temporary processing.
Use the service for its stated comparison purpose. Do not attempt to bypass safeguards, overwhelm the service, access other users’ data or misuse public-source material. The tools cannot send messages, transfer a full census to a broker, enroll people or bind coverage. Draft broker questions remain for you to review and deliver.
Optional calculator continuation
Browsing, comparison and PDF download require no BHT signup, account or email. An expressly requested continuation uses a reusable encrypted link that expires after 24 hours. Anyone holding the full link can use it before expiry. Individual links cannot be revoked. Closing the calculator does not erase the original link or conversation. Check the restored inputs and selected plans before using or sharing a report.
Availability and other services
Supported sources and features may change, and the service may be interrupted or unavailable. Recheck results when inputs or coverage periods change. OpenAI’s terms and account controls govern ChatGPT and Codex; linked carrier documents and other websites are provided by their respective operators. This plugin is provided by BHT and is not an OpenAI endorsement.
These terms do not waive rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive. Questions about the service or these terms can be directed to Business Health Trust support.
